Anti-Fraud / Zero Tolerance Policy

Here At CLASSYCOUTUREHAIR LLC Inc. we have a Zero Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy in effect to protect both ourselves and our Valued Customers & Clients. 

For your protection and ours, all orders are placed online through Secured Encryption via our payment Processor PayPal®.  For this reason we will not and can not accept telephone orders. We will NEVER ask for your Credit Card information for any reason. 

Since your payments are securely processed through PayPal® we never see your personal financial information. Your name, email address and Shipping address is the only information supplied to us for the sole purpose of verification and shipping. 

If your shipping and billing address do not match or if your address is not verified and confirmed by PayPal® during the order process, your order will be cancelled until the discrepancies are resolved by you and PayPal®. 

You are encouraged to make sure your shipping and billing addresses match prior to placing an order with us. .

As part of our Anti-Fraud policy, we will only communicate with you via the email address and telephone number provided and  associated with your order when you  placed your online order. 

It is your responsibility to check your email for any communique we may have sent you throughout our Ordering Process regarding specifications on all Custom Orders. If you fail to respond to our inquiries regarding order specifications, in a timely manner we reserve the right to Cancel and refund (according to our refund policy) your order  which may result in a delay.
